In 2012, we invested in brand new technology – a DIEMME pneumatic press with a capacity of 80 hectolitres. This ensures an improvement in the quality for our wines as the grapes are handled less and therefore treated with more care and respect.  The juice is better preserved and the pressing process more gentle, protecting it from the oxidization process.  Furthermore, the team is delighted not only because it can handle a large capacity but also because the press has the added feature of an automatic cleaning system using compressed air.
